According to Restaurant365, a cloud based SaaS company that offers a suite of options to manage restaurant workflow and founders of the Restaurant365 Customer Excellence Awards, has announced that Villa Restaurant Group is the first winner of the award. Also winners of the Operations category of the competition, VRG will also receive $10,000.
According to VRG’s Michael Leeman, “Restaurant365 has truly transformed how we operate — the visibility and automation let our operators make real-time decisions and drive profitability”. And, from the sounds of it, the results are truly astounding. At some locations, food and labor costs have fallen as much as 1-2% YoY. If the Awards return next year, it will be interesting to see what other changes result.
