Let’s say, for whatever reason, you have an excessive amount of mayonnaise. I don’t even like mayo that much, and this still happens to me sometimes. Even if not, sometimes a bit of chipotle mayo on a sandwich, a burger, or a fish taco just sounds good. Find out how to make it here:

Ingredients:
- Mayo (vegan or otherwise is fine)
- Chipotle pepper (I personally prefer ground chipotle)
- Cayenne Pepper
- Lime Juice
- Salt
Steps:
- Honestly, you don’t have to worry too much about what amounts of each spice you use. This is very much dictated by personal taste. That being said, for about each cup of mayonnaise, use 4 tablespoons of lime juice. Otherwise, just do it to your own tastes and stir for 5 minutes.
- Make sure to use more ground chipotle than ground cayenne, especially if you want a more smoky flavor.
