On Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, the FSIS released a health alert concerning a raw sirloin beef tip product due to undeclared allergens in the product and mislabeling. The allergens in question are sesame and wheat, which, again, were not declared on the label. The products in question were produced on September 2nd, 2025.

The affected brand is Bianco Inc. The affected product is Bianco & Sons Sweet Heat Sirloin Beef Tips (16 oz.). The aforementioned label is on the front of the product, but the back of the product is labeled for the Garlic & Ginger variant. The front label is labeled with “USE OR FREEZE BY:10/01/2025”.
